How to earn Green Points?

A Club ITC member can earn Green Points by making eligible spends at participating hotels during stays at ITC hotels. These can include spends on room charges, food, laundry, spa, etc. All expenses billed to the room earn Green Points except for paid outs, taxes, tips, and banquet billing.

As a non-resident guest, an ITC Club member can earn Green Points on eligible dining spends at all ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Mementos, and Storii. Any food and beverage spends by a non-resident guest at Fortune and WelcomHeritage hotels will not earn any Green Points.

For Club ITC members, the Green Points earning rate on stays at participating hotels based on their membership tier will be as follows:

  1. Club ITC Member: 2% of eligible spends
  2. Club ITC Silver: 3% of eligible spends
  3. Club ITC Gold: 4% of eligible spends
  4. Club ITC Platinum: 5% of eligible spends

A member can earn Green Points for up to 3 rooms per night (member’s room and two additional rooms) within the same participating hotel. The member must be occupying at least one of the rooms, and paying an eligible rate for all applicable rooms. In addition, only the room occupied by the member shall receive Club ITC program benefits and services. The occupant(s) of the additional room(s) shall not receive Green Points or any other Club ITC program benefit.

Club ITC members can earn Green points on eligible spending at SLEEEP boutique at specified hotels basis their tier.

Green Points validity

Green Points earned by a Club ITC member do not expire as long as the account is active. To keep an account active, the member must do any eligible activity (earning or redeeming Green Points). If the base tier (Member tier) member does not do any eligible activity for 12 months, the member will be categorised as dormant. In such a case, the Green Points in the member account will be forfeited.

Green Points earned by Club ITC Platinum, Gold and Silver members shall not lapse as long as these members retain their respective Club ITC status. Green Points earned by an existing Silver member shall be forfeited if the member has not had an eligible stay at a participating ITC Hotel during an 18 consecutive month period. The 18 consecutive month period would commence from the date of last eligible stay at a participating ITC Hotel.

How to Redeem Green Points?

A Club ITC member can redeem Green Points for:

  1. Club ITC reward nights
  2. Instant settlement of bills at participating hotels for stays, food and beverage, spas, business centre facilities, etc.

  • Bill settlement during stay

A Club ITC member can settle the bill during a stay at a participating hotel using the Green Points.
