Multimedia Suggestion: Infographic: A visual representation showing the different avenues for earning points.
Redemption of ALL points: Turning points into experiences
In the earlier section, we understood how to earn ALL points. Now, it is time to redeem the hard-earned points for a well-deserved family vacation. Use our Reward Maximiser Tool that will tell you the Rupee value of your points to maximise their use.
Before we dive into the options to burn Accor points, let us understand how every 1 ALL point can give you stays of around Rs. 2 at participating Accor properties. Accor follows a fixed valuation for ALL points. It values every 2,000 ALL points at 40 Euros.
2,000 ALL points = 40 Euros
1 Euro = Rs. 99.50 (as of June 2025)
40 Euros = Rs. 3,980
2,000 ALL points = Rs. 3,980
1 ALL point = Rs. 1.99
Thus, every 1 ALL point can give you stays approximately worth Rs. 2 at participating Accor properties. Although the point valuation is fixed from the Accor side in Euros, for us Indians, the point valuation may vary due to the movement in the INR/Euro price. Overall, in the last few years, the ALL point valuation has been in the Rs. 1.8 – Rs. 2 range. As the points value is fixed in Euros, it gives clarity to members on the value of the points they hold and makes their usage predictable.
Most properties allow redemption of 2,000 points and in multiples. Some properties allow redemption of 1,000 points and multiples. Now that you understand the Mathematics behind the ALL points valuation, let us look at the different ways to redeem Accor points.
- Hotel stays with ALL points
As discussed earlier, the Accor Group operates 5,600+ hotel properties (with 10,000+ restaurants and bars) spread across 50+ brands in 110+ countries. As an ALL member, you can use your ALL points to book stays at these participating hotel properties.
The ALL points can be used to pay for booking rooms, meals and other permissible activities during stays. If you are short of points, you can make a partial payment with points (multiples of 1,000 or 2,000 points as the hotel allows) and remaining with other payment modes.
To book a stay, log into your ALL account. Select the ‘Stay’ option and enter details like destination, arrival and departure date, number of rooms, number of adult(s) and children (if any), and click ‘Search’. Select the room type and package option (with/without breakfast, half board, etc.). While displaying the room details, it will show the ‘Pay with reward points’ message as shown in the image.

You can proceed ahead with the booking. At the time of check-in, you can pay with points. During the stay, you can bill the meals and other permissible activities to your room. At the time of check-out, you can pay for these with ALL points. Thus, you can use ALL points for free stays at participating Accor properties.

Sweet spots and aspirational Accor redemptions
While Accor has 70+ properties in India, there are some high-end aspirational properties that members prefer to stay at. Some of these include properties under brands like Sofitel (Mumbai), Fairmont (Mumbai, Jaipur, Udaipur), Raffles (Jaipur, Udaipur), Grand Mercure (Mysore, Agra, Ahmedabad, Goa, Bengaluru), Pullman (Delhi, Chennai), etc.
Apart from these, there are a lot of aspirational properties in South-East Asia. Booking these hotels and paying from your own pocket can cost dearly. However, an ALL member can convert credit card points into ALL points. The ALL points can then be used for hotel stays. Such aspirational redemptions have helped many people stay at these properties and fulfil their dreams.
Among hotel loyalty programs, Accor gives the best value for loyalty points with 1 point valued at almost Rs. 2. When you use ALL points for luxury stays at hotel properties, you also earn status points. The status points help members move to the next status level. The higher the status level, the more the benefits a member enjoys.
Showcase aspirational properties where points can unlock unique luxury experiences, drawing examples from sources:
- Buahan Banyan Tree Escape, Bali (unique concept).
- Raffles Udaipur, India (luxury island property).
- Raffles Bali, Indonesia (exclusive all-villa resort).
- Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, Canada (historic landmark).
- Maldives all-inclusive resorts (e.g., Angsana Velavaru).
- African game lodges (e.g., Mantis Founders Lodge).
- European luxury hotels (e.g., Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam).

Strategies for maximising ALL benefits
From time to time, ALL members get opportunities where they can get higher discounts, accelerated reward points, etc. When you make the most of these opportunities, you can maximise your ALL benefits. Some of these opportunities include the following.
- Leverage credit cards
You must leverage credit cards to maximise earning reward points, which can later be converted into ALL points. For example, when HDFC Bank credit cardholders shop on Myntra directly, they get base reward points. However, when HDFC Bank credit cardholders shop on Myntra through the SmartBuy portal, they get 5X reward points. Similarly, on specific occasions like a sale (for example, the EORS sale in June 2025), HDFC Bank sometimes offers 10X reward points for shopping on Myntra through SmartBuy.
- Bonus on transfer of credit card reward points
From time to time, banks like Axis Bank and HDFC Bank offer a bonus on the transfer of credit card reward points to partners like ALL. For example, in July 2024, HDFC Bank came out with an offer of a huge 80% bonus on the transfer of reward points to transfer partners like ALL and others.

Similarly, Axis Bank also comes out with occasional 25% bonus offers for the transfer of credit card reward points to transfer partners. Be on the lookout for such offers, and take advantage of them.
- Taking advantage of Accor Plus benefits
One of the Accor Plus benefits is 50% on meals for 2 people. So, during your stay at an Accor property, you can get a 50% discount for all your meals if 2 people are staying. After the discount, the remaining amount can be billed to the room and can be paid with ALL points at check-out.
- Plan your status level moves
When you move higher from one status level to the next, your ALL benefits increase. Plan your status moves accordingly. For example, when you buy the Accor Plus membership, you get 20 complimentary status nights. It helps you move to the next status level faster. Similarly, with the Axis Bank Reserve Credit Card, you get a complimentary Gold status level (30 status nights). It makes your move to the next status level, i.e. Platinum, faster.
- Stay Plus night
The Accor Plus Explorer membership gives you 1 free night (Stay Plus). You can choose from over 1,000 Accor properties across the Asia Pacific region. Choose the property judiciously so that you can get maximum value for the 1 free night.
- Complimentary vouchers
The Accor Plus Explorer membership gives several complimentary vouchers. Some of these include a complimentary buffet, complimentary cake, complimentary dessert, discount on food and beverages, etc. You can make the most of these vouchers during your stays at properties and maximise your benefits.
- Double dipping through partner airlines
Accor has partnerships with airlines like Azul Fidelidade, Air France, Qantas, Qatar Airways, etc. When you fly with any of these partners, along with the airline reward points, you earn ALL reward points also. Make sure you link the ALL account with the partner airline to earn Accor rewards whenever you fly with the partner airline.
- Discounts and other offers for new properties
ALL members usually get discounts and other benefits at newly opened properties. For example, when the Fairmont, Mumbai property opened, Accor ran an offer that included a 10% discount, Rs. 3,000 credit per night, complimentary access to a non-alcoholic mini bar, etc. Taking advantage of such offers can give you more value for money during your stays.
The above strategies can help you maximise Accor benefits when you plan well.
